These Terms govern your use of Venxa. By creating an account, buying a ticket, or hosting an event, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Venxa account. Some events require you to be 18 or 21 years or older; you are responsible for meeting those requirements at purchase and entry.
Organizer responsibility
Organizers are solely responsible for their events, including safety, permits, venue compliance, alcohol and tobacco laws, and truthful listings. Venxa provides ticketing and discovery tools and is not liable for losses, injuries, or legal violations at events.
Refunds
Each event specifies its refund policy. Buyers may submit a refund request through their ticket details; organizers approve or deny requests within the platform. Venxa may issue refunds directly in cases of cancellation or fraud.
Prohibited content
- Illegal activity, harassment, or incitement of violence.
- Sexually explicit content or content sexualizing minors.
- Scam listings, counterfeit tickets, or misleading pricing.
